Tuna Rolls

Tasty and light Pastry

Ingredients

  • JR Feuilles de Filo Pastry (waitrose £1.59)
  • 1 Can Tuna in spring water
  • 200g Grams Napolina chopped Tomtoes
  • Onion

Method

Preheat oven to FAN 190

Fry onion and allow to cool- set aside

Drain and rinse tuna and add to pan with tomotoes ad reduce-allow to cool

Place two sheets of Pastry on workside,

cut down the middle( to make two long rectangels)

fold down 1-2cm to create a thicker base for mix- spoon a table spoon mix

Roll down a short way the fold in both sides, then finish rolling (kinda looks like a spring roll!)

Place on preheat tray in oven for 15-20mins check and turn over, then turn of oven this will allow other side to crisp and not over cook.
