PREP 0 min COOK 0 min TOTAL 0 min YIELD 0 JUMP TO RECIPE SHARE Facebook Share on Facebook Twitter Share on Twitter Pinterest Share on Pinterest Email Share via Email Ingredients350g Potatoes1 small can of Tuna (can use other fish – cook properly)25g of Cheese OR ParsleyWhite Sauce mix (or make your own: flour, butter, milk and seasoning)250ml Milk (for mash)Instructions Step 1: 1. Strain the Tuna and Microwave for 2-3 minutes (make sure you put Tuna / Other fish into something thats not metal!). Step 2: 2. Grate Cheese (if making a Cheese sauce over a Parsley sauce). Step 3: 3. Heat White sauce and add either Cheese or Parsley. (Both if you want!!). Step 4: 4. Mis the sauce with the fish and put into an Ovenproof dish. Step 5: 5. Wash, cut and Boil the Potatoes. Once soft mash with Milk (add Butter if you want – can be easier). Step 6: 6. Spread the Mash over the fish / sauce mixture. Step 7: 7. Cook in Oven at Gas Mark 6 (or whatever it is for electric oven – I think its 200C / 400F – do check though) until golden brown on top.
