If you need to have on casserole in your arsenal, let it be this broccoli, chicken, and rice dinner. It’s by far one of the best five-ingredient recipes that you need to learn. It’s incredibly easy, just whisk together a can of cream of chicken with water, then add uncooked rice, uncooked chicken, and frozen broccoli. Season it, and then pour it into a sprayed casserole dish and bake for an hour.

4. Cheeseburger Mac

What’s better than mac and cheese with a burger? What’s great is that this is a delicious meal that can be done with boxed macaroni or from scratch. Just boil your elbow noodles and start grinding your beef. Once the beef is cooked, drain the grease, and add in diced peppers. After the vegetables are translucent and the noodles are cooked, combine the two, then add in cubes of Velveta cheese, or even just shredded cheese, with some water (or heavy cream if you want something creamier), and let it melt and combine.

3. Ground Beef Tortellini

Tortellini is a great pasta choice and is also one of the easiest five-ingredient recipe options. While you can find sausage-stuffed tortellini, my favorite hack is to just grab a bag of mozzarella cheese tortellini and ground your own protein, like beef. Once your beef is ground, drain the grease and add a bottle or two of marinara, and then toss in your noodles. Top with parmesan and enjoy.

A quick skillet is the way to go for an easy, hearty meal after a long day. And with only five ingredients, you can whip this up in a matter of minutes. All you need is your favorite sausage, like andouille, potatoes, onions, mushrooms, and peppers. Slice up your sausage, cube your potatoes, and dice the vegetables. In a pan, saute your vegetables until translucent, then add in your potatoes and sausage. Let them cook down, flipping them a couple of times, before serving.
