Name: FIzzy Iced Tea
Ingredients: 1oz (25g) of tea leaves; 1 pint (570ml) water; Add the tea leaves to the water, and allow to steep over night. Strain the next day, to remove the tea leaves.; 1 pint (570ml) sparkling water; 1 pint (570ml) cold tea solution; 1 tablespoon of caster sugar; 1 punnet of fresh raspberries; 1 sprig of mint

Ingredients

1oz (25g) of tea leaves
1 pint (570ml) water
Add the tea leaves to the water, and allow to steep over night. Strain the next day, to remove the tea leaves.
1 pint (570ml) sparkling water
1 pint (570ml) cold tea solution
1 tablespoon of caster sugar
1 punnet of fresh raspberries
1 sprig of mint

Instructions

STEP 1:

Mix the sparkling water and tea together.

STEP 2:

sugar

Sweeten with the sugar to your own taste.

STEP 3:

raspberries

Fill 4 glasses with lots of ice and the raspberries.

Pour over the tea and decorate with a sprig of fresh mint.
