Basic Flapjack recipie.

Ingredients

  • 100g butter/ marge
  • 100g golden syrup
  • 100g brown sugar
  • 250g oats

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 180 C

  2. Melt butter, syrup and sugar together in a saucepan over a low heat.

  3. Grease a small cake tin (20cm square or so).

  4. Mix oats in to the mix. – add any other ingredients here.

  5. Allow the mix to cool slightly and press into the tin.

  6. Bake for about 30 minutes until nicely browned.

  7. Allow to cool before cutting up.

  8. I added raisins, but you could add cherries, chocolate chips, anything you like.
