Step 1:
Heat oven to 180 C Step 2:
Melt butter, syrup and sugar together in a saucepan over a low heat. Step 3:
Grease a small cake tin (20cm square or so). Step 4:
Mix oats in to the mix. – add any other ingredients here. Step 5:
Allow the mix to cool slightly and press into the tin. Step 6:
Bake for about 30 minutes until nicely browned. Step 7:
Allow to cool before cutting up. Step 9:
I added raisins, but you could add cherries, chocolate chips, anything you like.
