Ingredients

  • Frankfurters (I use 5, use as many as you want)
  • Pepperoni (again, i use about 5/6 slices)
  • Chopped/whole tomatoes
  • Tomato sauce
  • Curry powder
  • Chilli powder
  • Lea and Perrins sauce
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Season to taste
  • Noodles/rice/pasta (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1) Empty a tin of chopped/whole tomatoes into a sauce pan on a medium heat.

  2. 2) Chop the frankfurters and pepperoni into small slices and add to the sauce

  3. 3) Allow to simmer for a few minutes

  4. 4) Add about 2 tsp of curry and chilli powder, a few squirts of tomato sauce and Lea and Perrins. Season to taste.

  5. 5) Leave to simmer on a low heat

  6. 6) Cook noodles/pasta/rice as required

  7. 7) Pour sauce over noodles etc
