Ingredients

  • Big potatoes (as much you want to eat)
  • a pinch of salt
  • water to boil
  • a plastic or poly bag
  • ketchup

Instructions

  1. Cut potatoes into tall and slightly thick pieces

  2. keep water in flame, add a pinch of salt

  3. boil till 3/4 soften (leave 1/4 uncooked)

  4. drain the water when boiled

  5. keep aside to cool

  6. keep in a packet….And keep in refrigerator for some time

  7. keep out in normal temperature

  8. deep fry and serve with ketchup
