Step 1:
1. Peel the potatoes with the help of peeler Step 2:
2. Cut the potatoes long like fingers Step 3:
3. Now boil some water in a pan and wait until it’s start boiling Step 4:
4. Add the potatoes in the boiling water and boil just for 2 minutes precisely Step 5:
5. Drain the water and sprinkle refined mill flour on them Step 6:
6. Add some salt and black pepper (if you want) Step 7:
7. Now take oil in pan in excess amount (so that the potatoes would dip in that) Step 8:
8. Heat the oil (important note: flame shouldn’t be too high or too low, it should be bit lower than normal) Step 9:
9. Add the fries in the oil (make sure you do not put all potatoes at once. Fry them in small quantity that will give you the best result) Step 10:
10. As the color of potatoes starts to look like light brown take out them form oil and put them on tissue paper to absorb extra oil
