Step 1:

  • 1. Peel the potatoes with the help of peeler
  • Step 2:

  • 2. Cut the potatoes long like fingers
  • Step 3:

  • 3. Now boil some water in a pan and wait until it’s start boiling
  • Step 4:

  • 4. Add the potatoes in the boiling water and boil just for 2 minutes precisely
  • Step 5:

  • 5. Drain the water and sprinkle refined mill flour on them
  • Step 6:

  • 6. Add some salt and black pepper (if you want)
  • Step 7:

  • 7. Now take oil in pan in excess amount (so that the potatoes would dip in that)
  • Step 8:

  • 8. Heat the oil (important note: flame shouldn’t be too high or too low, it should be bit lower than normal)
  • Step 9:

  • 9. Add the fries in the oil (make sure you do not put all potatoes at once. Fry them in small quantity that will give you the best result)
  • Step 10:

  • 10. As the color of potatoes starts to look like light brown take out them form oil and put them on tissue paper to absorb extra oil
  • Step 11:
