Step 1:

  • Cut potatoes into tall and slightly thick pieces
  • Step 2:

  • keep water in flame, add a pinch of salt
  • Step 3:

  • boil till 3/4 soften (leave 1/4 uncooked)
  • Step 4:

  • drain the water when boiled
  • Step 5:

  • keep aside to cool
  • Step 6:

  • keep in a packet….And keep in refrigerator for some time
  • Step 7:

  • keep out in normal temperature
  • Step 8:

  • deep fry and serve with ketchup
