Step 1:

  • 1 – cut the jalapeno into strips length wise.
  • Step 2:

  • 2 – beat the eggs in a large dish(big enough to coat the bread.
  • Step 3:

  • 3 – cook the bacon and jalapeno strips together. Keep the pan warm (i used the grease from the bacon later on, you can drain it and use oil or whatever)
  • Step 4:

  • 4 – separate the bacon from the jalapeno and crush up the bacon into small bits. Put the bits onto a plate.
  • Step 5:

  • 5 – spread the cream cheese on each slice of bread, evenly place strips of jalapenos on one slice and cover with shredded cheese and complete the sandwich with the other slice.
  • Step 6:

  • 6 – coat the sandwich in egg, make sure to keep the sandwich together.
  • Step 7:

  • 7 – place the egg covered sandwich into the bacon bits and coat each side of the sandwich.
  • Step 8:

  • 8 – put the sandwich in the pan and cook on medium for about 5mins on each side – or until bread is golden. Let stand for 2mins and enjoy.
