Ingredients
- 4 Whole onions
- 56g (2 oz) Butter/Margarine
- 2 Pints of stock (Stock cubes)
- Seasoning
Instructions
1. Cut onions into thin rounds
2. Fry onions in hot butter until golden brown
3. Add stock and the seasoning
4. Simmer for around 20 minutes
5. Serve
