Ingredients

Serves 1:
– 1 or 2 Eggs
– Dash of Milk (Optional)
– 1 to 2 Slices of Bread
– Tomato sauce (Optional)

Instructions

STEP 1:

milk

Whisk the eggs (and dash of milk if using) together.

STEP 2:

bread

Then dip the slices of bread into the eggy mix and fry until golden brown on each side.

STEP 3:

tomato

tomato sauce

Enjoy with or without the tomato sauce =]
