1. start to fry the bacon, and whilst you are doing this crack the egg into a large/flat-ish bowl and beat it with a fork whilst pouring in the milk, it sorta goes the colour of pancake batter, then add the salt and stir that in

2. dip in the bread so that it is covered in the eggymilky mixture on each side, then when the bacon is almost done, fry the bread until it is brown on each side

3. tuck the bacon in-between the bread slices and you have one fit bacon and egg butty
