STEP 1:

Chop your tomatos so they resemble Wagon Wheels – They way to do this is to have the vine facing either left or right and then chop down.

Lay your tomato wheels down on a plate

STEP 4:

STEP 5:

Tear or chop your mozzarella, lay on top of your toms – Don’t over do it on the mozzarella though, the tomatos are the star here.

Tear your basil, sprinkle over toms and mozzarella

STEP 9:

Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper
