Step 1:

  • Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix well.
  • Step 2:

  • Divide into 12 and roll into balls.
  • Step 3:

  • To cook straight away –
  • Step 4:

  • 1- Grease a baking tray
  • Step 5:

  • 2- Place balls on it
  • Step 6:

  • 3- flatten balls
  • Step 7:

  • 4- cook at 170c for 10 to 15 mins, dont let them go brown.
  • Step 8:

  • To keep for another day place on a plate and cover with cling film and put in fridge.
  • Step 9:

  • When ready to use allow them to come to room temperature before cooking.

  • The dough balls do tend to dissappear in my fridge 1 by 1.
