fried banana bread

so easy like eggy bread so no baking!

Ingredients

  • 6 slices of bread (or however many soak up your mixture)
  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • some cinnamon
  • a cup of milk
  • few teaspoons sugar to taste
  • some oil and butter for frying

Instructions

  1. (its basically how you would make eggy bread)

  2. blend the bananas,milk, sugar and milk into a smoothie and pour into a shallow bowl

  3. soak your bread in the smoothie

  4. melt the butter and oil in a pan (butter tastes better than oil and if you mix the two the butter wont burn! )

  5. fry the soggy bread untill its golden on both sides

  6. EAT 🙂

  7. i like it with a sprinkle of sugar, maybe a drizze of honey, and a sprinkle of blueberries if im feeling outlandish 🙂
