Ingredients
- Potato’s peeled and cut in to slices (about 5cm thick)
- Red onion
- Cheese – grated
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Once potatos have been cut into slices place in boil of water, leave them here whilst allowing oil to heat up. When oil is hot dry potatos and fry till soft in centre and golden. Once cooked add onion and fry till soft. Then place all ingredients in to dish suitable to put under grill, cover with grated cheese and place under grill till cheese melted – then serve!
