Ingredients

  • Fried rice:
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 carrot chopped
  • 8 beans chopped
  • 2 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • pepper chicken
  • chicken small pieces
  • 2 tablespoon cornflour
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • 1 green pepper (capsicum)
  • salt to taste
  • 5 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Cook rice and keep aside

  2. take oil in a pan and heat it

  3. add carrots and beans and saute until half cooked

  4. add salt, pepper powder and soya sauce and vinegar (one teaspoon each)

  5. mix well

  6. add rice to the pan and mix well

  7. add the left over vinegar and soya sauce and mix well

  8. pepper chicken:

  9. marination (30 min):

  10. mix 1tablespoon cornflour, soya sauce, vinegar, pepper, salt and egg white to the chicken and keep aside.

  11. fry in oil and keep aside

  12. sauce:

  13. add one tablespoon oil

  14. add garlic slices and fry

  15. add onion and fry until translucent

  16. add capsicum and mix well until soft

  17. add the fried chicken

  18. add salt, pepper powder cornflour, soya sauce, vinegar.

  19. close lid and cook in low flame.

  20. when sauce thickens put the flame off.

  21. garnish with chopped spring garlics or spring onions.
