Step 1:

  • Cook rice and keep aside

  • take oil in a pan and heat it
  • Step 3:

  • add carrots and beans and saute until half cooked

  • add salt, pepper powder and soya sauce and vinegar (one teaspoon each)
  • Step 5:

  • mix well
  • Step 6:

  • add rice to the pan and mix well
  • Step 7:

  • add the left over vinegar and soya sauce and mix well

  • pepper chicken:

  • marination (30 min):

  • mix 1tablespoon cornflour, soya sauce, vinegar, pepper, salt and egg white to the chicken and keep aside.

  • fry in oil and keep aside

  • add one tablespoon oil
  • Step 16:

  • add garlic slices and fry
  • Step 17:

  • add onion and fry until translucent

  • add capsicum and mix well until soft

  • add the fried chicken

  • add salt, pepper powder cornflour, soya sauce, vinegar.

  • close lid and cook in low flame.
  • Step 22:

  • when sauce thickens put the flame off.

  • garnish with chopped spring garlics or spring onions.
