fruit crumble

Ingredients
- pick any of your favourite fruits (3 or 4)
- I recommend: pineapple, banana and peach.
- 100g flour
- 50g butter or margarine
- 100g of sugar
- cream/ice cream/custard
Instructions
Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees
Rub the butter and flour together with your fingertips until it resembles breadcrumbs (be patient, it takes a few minutes!)
mix in half the sugar (50g) into the flour/butter mixture
cut the fruit up into similar sizes so it cooks evenly
put the fruit in a large, oven suitable dish and sprinkle on the rest of the sugar
put the flour/butter crumble topping evenly on top
put in the oven for 30/40 minutes, or until the crumbles brown
serve with a big dollop of ice cream, cream or custard.
