Ingredients

  • pick any of your favourite fruits (3 or 4)
  • I recommend: pineapple, banana and peach.
  • 100g flour
  • 50g butter or margarine
  • 100g of sugar
  • cream/ice cream/custard

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees

  2. Rub the butter and flour together with your fingertips until it resembles breadcrumbs (be patient, it takes a few minutes!)

  3. mix in half the sugar (50g) into the flour/butter mixture

  4. cut the fruit up into similar sizes so it cooks evenly

  5. put the fruit in a large, oven suitable dish and sprinkle on the rest of the sugar

  6. put the flour/butter crumble topping evenly on top

  7. put in the oven for 30/40 minutes, or until the crumbles brown

  8. serve with a big dollop of ice cream, cream or custard.
