Fruit Salad good for diets

lovely juicy chopped friut smothered in delicious yoghurt

Ingredients
- Any type of fruit (optional)
- you can use dried fruits to mixed with juicy fresh fruits
- any flavour of yoghurt a mums favorite could be cherry or toffe if you can, use muller yoghurts.
- Good fruits to use would be these are your basic ones:
- strawberries
- banana
- apple
- berries
- orange
- pinnapple
- grapes
- and cherries
Instructions
step 1: get out your bowl, a metal table spoon and a knife and dont forget to get out your fruits.
step 2: get your first fruit and start choppin it up into bitesize peices continue this for the other fruits too.
Step 3: open up the yoghurt and smother it on top mixing it through with the spoon
step 4: all ready now dig in woth the spoon !
