Step 1:
Before anything pre heat your oven to 200 degrees!! Step 3:
Put you spud in the microwave for 5 mins after that turn it over and cook for a further 5 mins. Step 4:
Then pop it in the oven to cook fully and crisp the skin! (usually takes about 35-40 mins) Step 6:
While that’s in the oven.. Finally Dice an onion then fry it off in a little oil to soften (do not let it go crispy) Step 7:
once done pop the soften onion into a bowl. Step 8:
Great some cheese and also leave to one side. Step 10:
Once the potato in extra crispy take it out of the oven (but leave oven on) Step 12:
WARNING this part is hot so take caution!! Step 13:
cut your potato right down the middle and scoop out the flesh into the bowl u added ur onions to. Step 14:
Add butter and salt and mix altogether till its all fluffy and lovely. Step 15:
take a tiny bit of mint sauce and add it to some mayo mix together and also add that to you potato mixture. Step 16:
after all this is mixed add the mixture back into the potaote skins and top with the cheese u grated earlier. Step 17:
pop back into oven in till the cheese is melted and starting to turn golden Step 18:
take out of oven and enjoy!! 🙂
