Ingredients
- 150g Galaxy chocolate
- 100ml Milk
- Amaretto 25ml-50ml….depends how strong you want it.
- Vodka 25ml
- Glace cherries
Instructions
Break chocolate into small pieces and melt over pan of boiling hot water or in the microwave.
When fully melted, mix the milk with the chocolate.
Allow to cool.
When cooled, add amaretto and vodka and mix well.
Pour into cocktail glasses and place a cherry on the side of the glass. It should make 2-4 servings.
Very nice but quite sickly so ou could probably only manage 1 or 2.
