Step 1:
Peel the garlic cloves and dice finely (or use a garlic crusher) Step 3:
Wash and cut the mushrooms in half (or quarters depending on the size) Step 5:
Spray or put the oil in the frying pan Step 7:
Put as much or as little butter/marg in the frying pan Step 9:
Turn the hob on full heat Step 11:
Throw the butter, garlic and mushrooms in the frying pan and swizz it all round with a spoon/spatula until they go golden or crispy Step 13:
You now have the option of draining the butter and juices from the pan, or just pouring them on the plate/bowl (that makes a nice sauce to dip the bread in, and the garlic gives this recipe a crunchy kick to it)
