Garlic Fried Rice

Perfect one pan meal when you have leftover rice

Ingredients
- Rice – according to your consumption
- 8 cloves of garlic – finely chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of salted butter
Instructions
Heat pan and melt butter
Toss garlic in a pan until slightly golden brown
Pour your cooked rice in and give it a good mix (leftover rice is preferd)
Season with some salt and pepper
Serve with 2 sunny-side up eggs for a complete meal!
