Ingredients
- 250ml oliver twist london distilled gin
- 135g pack lime jelly
- 250ml tonic water
- 100ml boiling water
Instructions
Cut up the jelly and dissolve it in 100ml of boiling water (you may need to use the microwave).
add 250ml cold tonic water and the 250ml oliver twist london distilled gin, to make up 600ml.
pour into plastic shot glasses and leave in the fridge overnight to set.
