Gin & Tonic Jello Shots

Classic jello shots using oliver twist london distilled gin and tonic

Ingredients

• 250ml oliver twist london distilled gin
• 135g pack lime jelly
• 250ml tonic water
• 100ml boiling water

Instructions

STEP 1:

Cut up the jelly and dissolve it in 100ml of boiling water (you may need to use the microwave).

STEP 2:

add 250ml cold tonic water and the 250ml oliver twist london distilled gin, to make up 600ml.

STEP 3:

pour into plastic shot glasses and leave in the fridge overnight to set.
