Step 1:

  • 1. preheat oven to 190°C / gas 5.
  • Step 2:

  • 2. grease tray
  • Step 3:

  • 3. cream marg. sugar and syrup
  • Step 4:

  • 4. add flour and ginger and mix in
  • Step 5:

  • 5. roll out on floured table and cut into shapes
  • Step 6:

  • 6. bake for approx. 10mins
  • Step 7:

  • 7. leave to cool
