Step 1:

  • 1) whisk the milk, treacle and eggs together in a jug.
  • Step 2:

  • 2) combine all the dry ingredients together in a bowl then whisk in the liquid gradually and whisk all together.
  • Step 3:

  • 3) heat your pan on a medium-high heat with a little oil, enough the coat the whole pan (so it doesn’t stick) and pour 1 ladle of batter into the pan.
  • Step 4:

  • 4) cook on each side for about 2-3 mins depending on thickness and heat, but it should start to bubble when it needs flipping.
