Spinach and pineapple salad

Ingredients

• Salad
• 1 Bag of fresh spinach leaves
• 1 can of tinned pineapple
• Whatever other salad you hae i fridge
• Dressing
• 1 teaspoon wholegrain mustard
• 2 teaspoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon pineapple juice (from tin)
• 1/2 teaspoon honey

Mix al ingredients for dressing in small bowl. Pour over the rest of the ingredients…simple, tastly and healthy
