- Scotch Pancakes
- Jam (I used raspberry)
- Natural yoghurt (opt for a low fat version to be healthy)
Instructions
You can toast the pancakes in the toaster beforehand if you want but untoasted is JUST as nice!
Spread the jam on the pancake
Drizzle the yoghurt on top
VOILA!!
