Step 1:

  • 1. Place the lamb, herbs, and olive oil in a pan and leave to marinate for about half an hour (it can be less if you havn’t got the time).
  • Step 2:

  • 2. Add vegetables, all the vegetables can bee replaced with other ones to taste.
  • Step 3:

  • 3. leave to simmer on a low heat unit all vegatables are soft.
  • Step 4:

  • 4. cook rice and serve straight away.
