a couple of minutes before the rice is ready stir in the coconut milk powder (the excess water should make it a bit soupy) and green curry paste (half a tea spoon for mild) Step 6:
, let it sizzle, stirring occasionally until it has the consistency of risotto. Step 8:
pour a little oil in a pan and add the ginger, garlic and onion. Step 10:
when they are golden add a few drops of water and stir in the honey. Let it sizzle. Step 12:
add coconut powder to the mixture. Step 14:
serve rice with a spoonful of the ggo sauce and enjoy. Step 16:
pairs nicely with a bit of mango chutney!
