Step 1:

  • Cook rice in chicken stock, at the same time bring small pan of water to boil and add your carrott, celery and peas and cook till soft.

  • When rice and veg is cooked, add to frying pan with a drop of oil. fry on medium heat, stiring ofter

  • On this occasion i microwaved the smoked haddock, i adde a little water to the plate and cook for 5 minutes. when the haddock was cooke i used the juice from the haddock and oured it into the frying pan and cooked for 30 seconds to a minute
