Cook rice in chicken stock, at the same time bring small pan of water to boil and add your carrott, celery and peas and cook till soft.

When rice and veg is cooked, add to frying pan with a drop of oil. fry on medium heat, stiring ofter

On this occasion i microwaved the smoked haddock, i adde a little water to the plate and cook for 5 minutes. when the haddock was cooke i used the juice from the haddock and oured it into the frying pan and cooked for 30 seconds to a minute
