Hakka noodles – 1 pack2. Cabbage – 1/2 cup (finely chopped)3. Carrot – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)4. Capcicum – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)5. Onion – 1 small (finely chopped)6. Ginger – garlic finely grated – 1 1/2 tsp7. Spring onion – 1 tbsp8. Tomato sauce – 1 tsp9. Red chilly sauce – 2 tsp10. Soya sauce – 1/2 tsp11. Salt12. Ajinomoto13. OilInstructions Step 1: 1. Boil the noodles in water. Step 2: 2. Drain the water and keep aside. Step 3: 3. Heat oil in a pan Step 4: 4. Add ginger – garlic and saute for a minute. Step 5: 5. Add onion. Cook on high flame and stir continuously. Step 6: 6. Add cabbage and stir. Step 7: 7. Add carrot, capsicum, spring onion and a pinch of salt. Step 8: 8. Add tomato sauce, chilly sauce and soya sauce and ajinomoto. Step 9: 9. Add the boiled noodles Step 10: 10. Mix well and garnish with spring onion. Step 11: 11. Piping hot hakka noodles are ready.
