Ham and pepperoni pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1garlic clove, crushed
  • 400g can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tsp vegetable stock powder or 1/2 crumbled stock cube
  • 1tbsp tomato puree
  • 1tsp sugar
  • Ham
  • Salt
  • Pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic, then gently fry for 1 min.

  2. Tip in all the other ingredients, then bring to boil.

  3. Reduce the heat, then simmer uncovered for 5 mins, stirring occasionally.

  4. Add ham and pepperoni.

  5. For pasta:

  6. Add hot water to pan and heat for a while.

  7. Add pasta to water and add a little bit of salt

  8. Cook until soft

  9. Then serve on plates.
