Step 2: Tip in all the other ingredients, then bring to boil. Step 3: Reduce the heat, then simmer uncovered for 5 mins, stirring occasionally. Step 4: Add ham and pepperoni. Step 5: For pasta: Step 6: Add hot water to pan and heat for a while. Step 7: Add pasta to water and add a little bit of salt Step 8: Cook until soft Step 9: Then serve on plates.
