Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup diced frozen mango
  • 1 cup orange or apple juice
  • 3 tablespoons ice cream or yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • 1 1 inch piece of ginger, sliced thinly into match stick pieces.

Instructions

  1. 1. Blend the mango with the orange juice or apple juice. Add the ginger.

  2. 2. Add the other fruits.

  3. 3. Add the dairy (icecream or thick yoghurt)

  4. Serve.
