STEP 1:

butter
potato

Jacket in microwave (dependant on size and microwave wattage). When done cut up in small chunks. Next drop lumps of marg or butter amongst potato, then add a layer of the chilli, then lastly a layer of beans. Put back in microwave for 1-3 minutes. Put cheese on top when done if wanted 🙂
