Step 2: Soak the flan case with some of the juice from the can of pineapple Step 3: Arrange the pineapple rings on the sponge case with one in the middle and the rest slightly overlapping around the edge Step 4: Cream the marg with the sugar until it turns lighter in colour Step 5: Mix in the coconut and milk Step 6: spread this mix carefully over the top of the pineapple Step 7: Cut the cherries in half and place in the centre of each pineapple ring, with a whole one in the middle ring Step 8: Preheat the grill, place flan underneath and grill until golden brown.
