Ingredients
- 300g Milk or Plain Chocolate
- Knob of Butter
- 50g Hazelnuts
- 6-8 Digestive Biscuits
Instructions
Boil the kettle and pour the water into a saucepan. Place a bowl over the saucepan but do not allow the water to touch the bottom of the bowl. Place on the hob at a low heat
Put the chocolate into the bowl and allow to melt slowly. Stir in the butter when fully melted and add the hazelnuts. Crush the biscuits and add them to the mix.
Put the mix into a container and allow to cool. When cool, cut the mixture with a warm knife.
This recipe takes about 10 minutes to prepare and 2 hours cooling time
