Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- Half a cup of light brown sugar
- 1 cup of self raising flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp apple sauce
- Half a cup of skimmed milk
- Pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
1) Preheat oven to 160 degrees celsius
2) Add sugar and apple sauce to a bowl and stir
2) Add the milk and stir further
3) Add the eggs into the mixture and whisk until it resembles a fine consistency
4) Add a pinch of cinnamon
5) Mash up the bananas and add to the mixture and stir
6) Pour the mixture into a cake/loaf tin of your choice
7) Place the tin into the oven and bake for approximately 40 minutes
