Healthy Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • Half a cup of light brown sugar
  • 1 cup of self raising flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp apple sauce
  • Half a cup of skimmed milk
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. 1) Preheat oven to 160 degrees celsius

  2. 2) Add sugar and apple sauce to a bowl and stir

  3. 2) Add the milk and stir further

  4. 3) Add the eggs into the mixture and whisk until it resembles a fine consistency

  5. 4) Add a pinch of cinnamon

  6. 5) Mash up the bananas and add to the mixture and stir

  7. 6) Pour the mixture into a cake/loaf tin of your choice

  8. 7) Place the tin into the oven and bake for approximately 40 minutes
