Step 1:

  • 1) Preheat oven to 160 degrees celsius
  • Step 2:

  • 2) Add sugar and apple sauce to a bowl and stir
  • Step 3:

  • 2) Add the milk and stir further
  • Step 4:

  • 3) Add the eggs into the mixture and whisk until it resembles a fine consistency
  • Step 5:

  • 4) Add a pinch of cinnamon
  • Step 6:

  • 5) Mash up the bananas and add to the mixture and stir
  • Step 7:

  • 6) Pour the mixture into a cake/loaf tin of your choice
  • Step 8:

  • 7) Place the tin into the oven and bake for approximately 40 minutes
