Ingredients
- Handful of blueberries
- half cup of flaxseed (optional) good for the tummy
- 1 large glass of juice (tropical or orange)
- 1 peeled chopped banana
- handful of strawberries
- handful of blackberries
- handful raspberries
- 1 peeled and chopped kiwi
- 1 1/2 scoops of frozen yoghurt
- *optional, if a good kick is needed for a hangover, crush up a vitamin c tablet and throw it in!
Instructions
Throw it all into a blender, zizz it up and enjoy 🙂
