Healthy Caramelised Banana

An amazingly delicious, quick, cheap, easy and healthy dish!
Difficulty Level: easy
Ingredients
- Ratios are up to you, but ingredients are as follows:
- banana
- honey
- frying oil (flavourless or sweet, i suggest coconut oil)
- optional: cinnamon
Instructions
Slice up the bananas into little circles, not long ways
heat up the oil on your pan
throw on the bananas, and fry on medium heat until they start getting a bit soft
drizzle on the honey- how much depends on how sweet you like it, but usually its 1tbsp per medium banana
keep frying the bananas until they go golden and sticky
sprinkle on cinnamon near the end before giving it a good final mix
if it gets too sticky, add a splash of water and cook until it reaches the right stickiness (not too watery, not too dry)
this is amazing alone or on crepes, in porridge, with ice cream, on toast, if you mush it up it can be a dip (for fruit or crackers or whatever)? experiment, it’s versatile and ridiculously delish
