Step 1:

  • Slice up the bananas into little circles, not long ways

  • heat up the oil on your pan

  • throw on the bananas, and fry on medium heat until they start getting a bit soft
  • Step 6:

  • drizzle on the honey- how much depends on how sweet you like it, but usually its 1tbsp per medium banana
  • Step 8:

  • keep frying the bananas until they go golden and sticky
  • Step 10:

  • sprinkle on cinnamon near the end before giving it a good final mix

  • if it gets too sticky, add a splash of water and cook until it reaches the right stickiness (not too watery, not too dry)

  • this is amazing alone or on crepes, in porridge, with ice cream, on toast, if you mush it up it can be a dip (for fruit or crackers or whatever)? experiment, it’s versatile and ridiculously delish
