Boil the kettle and then add the spaghetti and some salt to a pan. Step 2: 2. Turn on the hob and pour the boiling water over the pasta. Cook for time instructed on the packet. Step 3: 3. While it’s cooking, crack the egg into a bowl and whisk it with a fork. Season it the egg with salt and pepper and then mix in the grated cheese. Step 4: 4. Pour the peas in with the pasta two minutes before the end of cooking time. Step 5: 5. Slice the ham into thin strips and chop the tomato. Step 6: 6. Drain the spaghetti and peas but not for too long because you want it to stay moist. Step 7: 7. Pour the egg mix over the pasta and add the creme fraiche. Stir. Step 8: 8.
