Step 1:

  • 1. Boil the kettle and then add the spaghetti and some salt to a pan.
  • Step 2:

  • 2. Turn on the hob and pour the boiling water over the pasta. Cook for time instructed on the packet.
  • Step 3:

  • 3. While it’s cooking, crack the egg into a bowl and whisk it with a fork. Season it the egg with salt and pepper and then mix in the grated cheese.
  • Step 4:

  • 4. Pour the peas in with the pasta two minutes before the end of cooking time.
  • Step 5:

  • 5. Slice the ham into thin strips and chop the tomato.
  • Step 6:

  • 6. Drain the spaghetti and peas but not for too long because you want it to stay moist.
  • Step 7:

  • 7. Pour the egg mix over the pasta and add the creme fraiche. Stir.
  • Step 8:

  • 8. Garnish with the ham and tomato and enjoy!
