Step 1:

  • -in a bowl, whisk the egg with mustard, yoghurt, salt, pepper and chilli until they become smooth.

  • -put the chicken in the bowl and then into a plate full of oats on both sides of chicken.
  • Step 3:

  • -place the chicken in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  • Step 4:

  • -add olive oil in a pan then put the chicken in it until its good.
  • Step 5:

  • -put the chicken in tortilla bread and add diced tomato and cheese.
  • Step 6:

  • -enjoy.
