Healthy Fruit And Vegtable Smoothie!

Ingredients

  • Your choice of two fruits
  • your choice of two vegtables
  • a small amount of ice shavings
  • two drops of vanilla [optional]
  • you will need a blender for this smoothie.

Instructions

  1. First select two vegtables and two fruits. Make sure they don’t clash. (such as broccoli and bannanas. Yuck!) i would suggest something like strawberrys and blueberries, with something less strongly flavored like lettuce or kale.

  2. add the chosen items into a blender, no specific order needed. Then add about a 1/2 cup of ice shavings into the blender.

  3. if wanted, you can add about two drops of vanilla to enhance the flavors a bit.

  4. blend until thick, but able to pass easily through a straw.

  5. enjoy! I would suggest drinking about 2/1, to 3 cups in place of lunch to cut down on your weight. 🙂
